We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for a current college student to gain hands-on experience in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies for The Asé Group and its clients.

 

You will work closely with our team to create engaging content, manage social media, and assist with various marketing initiatives.

This a remote-first, hybrid role based in Los Angeles with preference to candidates in the Pacific time zone and may require travel for events.

YOU ARE

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
  • Assist in developing and managing content for agency and client social media channels.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and best practices for engaging multicultural communities.

  • Support the creation and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns.

  • Design marketing materials, including graphics and promotional content, using tools like Canva.

  • Help draft and schedule email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally on event planning and partnership efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current college student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of and/or interest in social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Canva or other design tools is a plus. But not a requirement!

event planning INTERN

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Event Planning Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for a current college student to gain hands-on experience in event planning and coordination for The Asé Group and its clients. 

 

You will work closely with our team to assist in all aspects of event planning, from logistics coordination to onsite execution and post-event reporting.​

This a remote-first, hybrid role based in Los Angeles with preference to candidates in the Pacific time zone and may require travel for events.

YOU ARE
  • Detail-oriented planner with an interest for executing impactful experiences.

  • Passionate about nonprofits, purpose-driven brands / projects, social change, and community engagement.

  • Enthusiastic about sharing ideas and working both independently and collaboratively.

  • Highly organized with strong time management and leadership skills.

  • Great with relationship management / customer service.

  • Looking to grow professionally and personally.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
  • Provide administrative support for event planning, including researching venues and vendors, coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and other related tasks.

  • Assist in creating event promotional copy and materials and managing event marketing efforts.

  • Support onsite and virtual event execution, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for attendees.

  • Help with post-event follow-up and reporting, including gathering attendee feedback and analyzing event performance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally on marketing and partnership efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current college student majoring in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Canva or other design tools is a plus. But not a requirement!

PARTNERSHIPS INTERN

We are looking for a motivated and organized Partnerships Intern to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity for a current college student to gain hands-on experience in partnership development and management for The Asé Group and its clients. 

 

You will work closely with our team to research potential partners, support customer relationship management system updates, draft proposals, and coordinate partnership activations.​

This a remote-first, hybrid role based in Los Angeles with preference to candidates in the Pacific time zone and may require travel for events.

YOU ARE
  • Relationship builder with an interest in developing and executing strategic partnerships.

  • Passionate about nonprofits, purpose-driven brands / projects, social change, and community engagement.

  • Enthusiastic about sharing ideas and working both independently and collaboratively.

  • Highly organized with strong time management and leadership skills.

  • Great with relationship management / customer service.

  • Looking to grow professionally and personally.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
  • Identify and research potential partners for the agency and its clients.

  • Help draft and send partnership proposals / presentations and communications.

  • Coordinate with team on meaningful partnership initiatives.

  • Support data entry and customer relationship management system updates.

  • Assist in coordinating partnership activations and deliverables.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally on marketing and partnership efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current college student majoring in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong research and analytical skills.
